Willson, AIA, with the architecture and construction expertise of Richard D. Willson, AIA. With a strong emphasis on service, our work includes residential, commercial, hospitality and resort architecture; specializing in design for mountain environments. Our clients are primarily private; many are repeat clients with the number of projects ranging from three to as many as eight projects per client over the last twelve years. Our project types vary widely: one year’s work ranged from a 400 SF screenhouse to a 12,000 SF airplane hangar. Much of our work has a similar sense of style. Many of our mountain residences share pitched roofs, deep overhangs and portals; a direct response to the issues of site and climate.
